I am writing to thank you for your support, and particularly the sensitivity with which you handled the care of my mother during the last few months of her life.Your kindness and compassion in understanding how mum chose to deal with her illness made this period one in which we both gained great composure - Letter sent to member of the Community Specialist Palliative Care Team.
