PALS
You can contact the Patient Advice & Liaison Service (PALS) which is based at NHS Wirral Headquarters, Old Market House, Hamilton Street, Birkenhead. PALS provide support, advice and information for patients who have concerns or comments on services such as Family Doctors, Dentists, Opticians, District Nursing and Health Visiting.
