You can contact the Patient Advice & Liaison Service (PALS) which is based in the Lauries Centre, Birkenhead (Opposite the main car parks). PALS provide support, advice and information for patients who have concerns or comments on services such as Family Doctors, Dentists, Opticians, District Nursing and Health Visiting.
