If you want to talk with someone here at NHS Wirral, leave comments online to help others make informed choices about where they’re treated or, are interested in getting more involved with NHS Wirral, there are now various ways for you to “Have your say…”
Have Your Say is the name of the NHS Wirral public feedback service. Use the online form to write down your thoughts and experiences of using health services in Wirral and send it to us, using the Send Request button at the bottom of the page. Alternatively, you can telephone or write to us, free of charge.

Play your Part is the NHS Wirral Membership Scheme. By becoming a member, you will receive regular updates from us and invitations to focus groups, workshops and events, as well as volunteering opportunities and pilot projects. We also send copies of our key corporate publications such as our Annual Report. If members are interested in any particular areas of healthcare, our Membership Team can send them tailored information.
It is now possible to rate health services you’ve used, online, and for these comments to be visible to others. This means your comments will help to develop an evidence base, which allows others to make informed choices about where they’re treated. We regularly check what people have written and ensure comments get fed-back to services.
